Yogurt Peanuts What Has Fewer Calories-celery W/ Peanut Butter Or An Apple + Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt?

What has fewer calories-celery w/ peanut butter or an apple + lowfat vanilla yogurt? - yogurt peanuts

Peanut butter is not the kind of organic or sugar-free. their regular Skippy.
Oh, and I know it depends on how much you eat yogurt, as we say, uh, the same amount in one of these containers Yoplait

Both are an excellent choice for healthy snacks! Well done! I would say that the calorie content is very similar.

Peanut butter and celery is an excellent choice. Celery has 0 calories, and even peanut butter is a food of high-cal, which contains proteins and healthy fats that are good for the heart. It is also taste delicious!

The apple with yogurt is impressive. Not only yogurt contains protein, but contains calcium needed for bone health. Low fat is relatively low in calories - I would say maybe 100-150 per serving depending on type. The apple is also a great source of fiber and filling contains 60 Cal.

So, if you plan a lot of peanut butter, then use option 2 would be less calories. If not, are almost the same

They are really on it. 2 tablespoons peanut butter 210 calories and is healthy (good fats, proteins and carbohydrates, not as someone said pure carbohydrates) and calories in celery is almost negligible. A medium apple has about 100 calories and Yoplait yogurt is about 100 calories. Find carbohydrates, proteins obtained, and a little saturated fat. Both are a good choice. Eat what you want to say. :)
